Before submitting your project

To ensure an efficient review process, we invite you to check the following points before submitting your project.

Your project is more likely to be reviewed if it meets several of the following criteria. (1) The project addresses a clearly identified economic need. (2) You can describe your target market and customers. (3) The project already includes a business model or preliminary financial estimates. (4) A committed founding team is leading the project. (5) The project demonstrates strong growth potential across African or international markets. (6) The funding sought is typically above €500,000.

If your project is still at the idea stage, we encourage you to continue developing it before submitting it.

Structuring African investment projects

ND Consultant Group advises entrepreneurs, industrial groups and institutions in the structuring of high-potential investment projects across Africa. Our role is not simply to connect project promoters with investors. We work upstream to transform entrepreneurial initiatives into structured and investable projects.

Project evaluation methodology
All projects submitted to ND Consultant Group are reviewed using our internal framework called the ND Consultant Project Readiness Score (PRS) This analytical framework evaluates: (1) Strategic relevance. (2) Market potential. (3) Business model robustness. (4) Financial structuring. (5) Execution capability of the team. This initial assessment allows us to determine whether a project can be structured for investment from private or institutional investors.
Projects we typically work with
ND Consultant Group generally works with projects that demonstrate (1) An investment potential above €500,000. (2) Regional or continental growth ambition. (3)A clear value proposition. (4) A committed founding team. While we receive many different types of proposals, only projects meeting these criteria may be considered for further engagement.
Evaluation process
The evaluation process typically follows several steps. (1) Project submission : Complete the form below to introduce your project. (2) Initial assessment : The project is reviewed using the PRS framework. (3) Pre-selection : If the project meets our criteria, our team will contact you. (4) Secure data room : You may be invited to submit documentation in a secure data room. (5) Strategic diagnostic mission In some cases, a strategic and financial diagnostic mission may be proposed to structure the project for investors.

Why some projects are not selected

ND Consultant Group regularly receives a wide range of project proposals. In order to maintain a high standard of advisory services and alignment with investor expectations, some projects cannot be considered at this stage.

The most common reasons include (1) a project still at the idea stage without economic structuring, (2) the absence of a clearly identified market, (3) an insufficiently defined business model, (4) an incomplete project team and/or (5) funding needs that are too early or insufficiently structured.

When possible, we encourage project promoters to further develop their initiative before submitting it again.

ND Consultant reviews a limited number of projects and investment opportunities each year. Projects typically reviewed by the firm present the specific characteristics. They have (1) strong economic or industrial impact potential, (2) significant investment requirements, (3) a structured or developing project framework and (4) an identified project team.

Submitting a project does not constitute a commitment from ND Consultant to review or support the project.

Due to the volume of submissions received, only projects matching the firm’s criteria will receive a response.
