In ND Consultant group, we have a broad conception of what an entrepreneur is.
To have a business idea does not make you an entrepreneur.
You may have an idea, but you may not be able to run a business. Not everyone can start a business, but we can all have genius ideas. Entrepreneurship requires several technical and personal skills to succeed. And, you shouldn’t be afraid to seek proper training with experienced people.

Who is it for?
The STARTUP GROWTH program targets high-potential start-ups and entrepreneurs who need support to become dynamic and successful businesses.
More specifically, the program is aimed at working entrepreneurs (start-ups) and professionals on the labor market with a viable business project.
By viable, we mean any business project whose managers are keen to formalize and organize themselves efficiently to gain access to open markets and global financing.
How we can help?
By guiding you step by step as you learn new strategic skills for the solid development of your business.
We provide personalized support based on your needs and problems. You won’t be given a course. On the contrary, we help you to achieve your own objectives by explaining how you can organize more effectively.
At the end of the course, you will be able to develop your business and raise funds from investors and traditional banking institutions.
When do we do it?
Coaching will occur face-to-face in 12 sessions of 8 hours each, over a period of 3 months, i.e. one day a week for 12 weeks.
The entire training course will take place at AREOLIS business center in Gbégamey (Benin, Cotonou), starting in January 2024.

What is the STARTUP GROWTH start-up acceleration program?
The STARTUP GROWTH start-up acceleration program is a program for entrepreneurs who want to take their business to the next level. Its aim is to identify the priority areas for the development of their business, to develop cross-functional and sector-specific skills and to facilitate access to financing.
What is the planned launch date for the program?
The program begins in January 2024.
Who is the target audience of this start-up acceleration program?
The StartUp Growth program targets high-potential start-ups and entrepreneurs who need support to become dynamic and successful businesses.

How does the application process work?
You register via THIS online form. Once your application has been analyzed, you will be invited for an interview (face-to-face or online), which will enable us to confirm your motivations.
How many sessions are planned for the program, and how long is each session?
We will have 12 sessions of 8 hours of work, interspersed with breaks.
What modules will be displayed in the program?
We will have 6 modules*:
Module 1: What it means to be an entrepreneur
Module 2: The idea and its economic relevance
Module 3: Company organization
Module 4: Taxation
Module 5: Finding financing
Module 6: Pitch
*The modules may be modified according to the group’s expectations and proven skills.
What is the maximum number of companies accepted per session?
There will be a maximum of 10 companies per cohort session.
What are the expected results at the end of the program for the participating start-ups and entrepreneurs?
At the end of the program, start-ups and entrepreneurs are expected to :
Validate the project’s potential and specify the product to be marketed.
Establish the preferred business model for conquering the targetted market.
Strengthen the teams and lay the organizational foundations of the company.
Apply for funding to grow their SME;
Form a professional network and gain access to events and strategic partners.
What are the costs of support for the STARTUP GROWTH start-up acceleration program and how can they be paid?
The coaching fee is CFA 350,000.
You can pay via La Tontine Formation ND Consultant, in cash or by cash transfer.
