Sustainable Capitalism is an oxymoron that I enjoy serving upfront to my businesspeople. In fact, my 20-year-long passion has been planning and implementing business development strategic plans. I made that passion my job eventually.Further, one can discribe me as being very much aware of my natural and social environments. Combining both interests in a dynamic way enabled me to bring some sense in conducting business.

Hence, what I named Sustainable Capitalism, is altogether a functioning method and a mindset. It is the quintessence of everything I have learned and experienced as an employee and as a business owner. Every step of my carrier, all my performances or failures, has contributed to and settled a unique, financially and socially successful methodology.
Because my approach of business matters has always produced outstanding performances, I have decided to share it. Therefore, ND Consultant mission is to help businesses achieve their financial goals, by investing on their teams’ individual and collective performances.

Thanks to my passion for management, I have worked in a wide range of business settings. From transportation to luxury goods, records management to commodity production, insurance or events management, I have extensive experience in various sectors. It was a privilege for me to work with companies and people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, ranging from Eastern Europe to sub-Saharan Africa.
I chose to identify and organize my experience in order to make them leviers for creating value in business and within our communities.

THE O.G.S.M.T. TOOL
O.G.S.M.T., A SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT TOOL FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING
The acronym is an abbreviation of Objectives, Goals, Means & Measurements, Tactics (or action plans). The O.G.S.M.T. tool is a relatively simple tool. It allows to view all the key elements of a strategic plan in a single document.
The tool is said to have been invented in the 1950s by specialists in the Japanese automotive industry. They would have based their theoretical approach, on Peter Drucker’s Management by Objectives (MBO) principles. MBO was revealed to the world through his book The practice of Management in 1954.
More specifically, the O.G.S.M.T. tool makes it possible to draw up the strategic plan and lay the foundations for its future implementation. It is built in 6 main stages, which can then be deployed in a very operational way with all the stakeholders.
STEP 1: DEFINE THE STRATEGIC VISION
It’s kind of the beginning of the story. It about the leader of the project structuring a holistic goal for the activity. The tool thus makes it possible to lay down a concrete framework, in which all strategic planning will be designed, for several years.
STEP 2: STRUCTURING OBJECTIVES
Secondly, and based on the chosen vision, we can determine the main lines of work and the major stepstones.
This stage consists in transmitting to stakeholder, specific objectives. Ultimately, achieving these objectives will validate the vision.
STEP 3 to 6: CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROAD MAP
We define the strategies, we identify the resources and the timeframes necessary to achieve the structuring objectives. These last four phases are the most complex, since they are decisive for the deployment of the strategic plan.
